OSC offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our website & store is hosted on Hostinger. The online store is built WooCommerce that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. SECTION 10: ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
10.1. Membership Duration and Renewal
10.1.1 Membership at Omega Sports Club is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation.
10.1.2 Membership will automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless the member provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of the current membership term.
10.2. Membership Fees
10.2.1. The annual membership fee is due in full upon activation or renewal of the membership.
10.2.2. Omega Sports Club reserves the right to adjust the membership fees annually. Members will be notified of any fee changes at least 60 days before the renewal date.
10.2.3. Failure to pay the annual membership fee by the due date may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
10.3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
10.3.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Omega Sports Club.
10.3.2. If a member cancels their membership within the first 30 days of the membership term, a prorated refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of 2.5%.
10.3.3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the first 30 days of the membership term.
10.4. Membership Suspension
10.4.1. Members may request a temporary suspension of their membership for medical or other valid reasons. Requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by Omega Sports Club.
10.4.2. Approved suspensions will extend the membership term by the duration of the suspension period.
10.5. Membership Benefits
10.5.1. Annual membership includes access to all services, training sessions, online store and events hosted by Omega Sports Club, subject to availability and any additional fees for specific services.
10.6. Member Obligations
10.6.1. Members agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Omega Sports Club, which may be updated from time to time.
10.7. Termination of Membership
10.7.1. Omega Sports Club reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice for violation of the club’s rules and regulations, non-payment of fees, or conduct deemed detrimental to the club or its members.
10.7.2. In the event of termination, no refund of the annual membership fee will be provided.
10.8. Communication
10.8.1. All notices, including renewal reminders and fee adjustments, will be sent to the member’s registered email address. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is up to date.
10.9. Liability and Indemnity
10.9.1. Members use Omega Sports Club services at their own risk. Omega Sports Club is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
10.9.2. Members agree to indemnify and hold Omega Sports Club harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the facilities and services
